Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 8, 2005 and April <br /> 15, 2005 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April, 27, 2005, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Frederick Borgeson, Evano Cunha and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Anthony Ferragamo, Architect, represents the applicants at this hearing. They are <br /> seeking a special permit to alter a pre-existing non-conforming structure. They are <br /> proposing to remove the existing bulldiead and make a new entryway and mudroom in <br /> addition to adding a roof to the porch and add an open farmer's porch. The total <br /> coverage will be at 19.6%. The Board reviews the plans and setback requests. The <br /> Conservation Commission has approved the proposed plans. Mr. Ferragamo also <br /> mentions they are not changing the number of bedrooms and have letters of support <br /> submitted to the file for the project.
