Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on April 8, 2005 and April 15, 2005, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Frederick Borgeson, Marshall Brem and Evano Cunha. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Webb represents the applicant in this hearing. They are seeking a variance <br /> in order to expand their current bedroom and dining area. Mr. Brem asks what the <br /> hardship is? Mr. Webb says the shape of the lot prevents them from this small addition. <br /> The lot coverage will be at 19.6% including the proposed addition. The Board moves to <br /> grant the variance. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 23 Mizzenmast and contains 15,986 <br /> square feet. <br />
