Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 26, 2005 and <br /> September 2,2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, <br /> September 14, 2005, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson and Evano Cunha. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Eric Lubrano represents the applicants at this hearing. They are seeking a special <br /> permit in order to alter/expand a pre-existing non-conforming structure. The Board <br /> reviews the plans of the expansion and they discuss the site visit several of the board <br /> members made. Marshall Brem feels this will enhance the property and will not make <br /> the dwelling any more detrimental to the area.
