MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALklashpee, -Massachusetts 0264.9 �hUIE Lin Decision for a Special Permit RE: Thomas Analetto, Jr. 48 Quaker Run Road Map 90 Block 45 SP-05-106 A Petition was filed on August 23, 2005 by Thomas Analetto, Jr. for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand a pre- existing, non-conforming dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 48 Quaker Run Road (Map 90 Block 45) Mashpee, MA. Notice was duly given.to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 26, 2005 and September 2,2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 14, 2005, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson and Evano Cunha. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. Eric Lubrano represents the applicants at this hearing. They are seeking a special permit in order to alter/expand a pre-existing non-conforming structure. The Board reviews the plans of the expansion and they discuss the site visit several of the board members made. Marshall Brem feels this will enhance the property and will not make the dwelling any more detrimental to the area. Marshall Brem moves to grant the special permit.
