Mashpee Zoning Willowbend Country Chub, Inc. <br /> Board of Appeals V-05-108 <br /> (15 Herring Gull Road) <br /> 3 <br /> 5. that the Board has stipulated that no further variances will be issued and that <br /> the applicant must maintain the setback requirements of the R-3 zoning <br /> district when building the new dwelling. <br /> 6. that the lot has been maintained as a separate buildable lot on the Assessor's <br /> Records and is subject to betterments from the Water District. <br /> 7. The proposed dwelling must maintain a maximum of 20% lot coverage. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on December 14, <br /> 2005 to grant a 18,329 square foot landspace variance and therefore deem this lot to be <br /> buildable.
