Mashpee Zoning Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Board of Appeals V-05-109 <br /> (69 Shoestring Bay Road) <br /> 3 <br /> 4. that relief may be granted without derogating from the intent or purpose of the <br /> By-laws. <br /> 5. that the Board has stipulated that no further variances will be issued and that <br /> the applicant must maintain the setback requirements of the R-3 zoning <br /> district when building the new dwelling. <br /> 6. that the lot has been maintained as a separate buildable lot on the Assessor's <br /> Records and is subject to betterments from the Water District. <br /> 7. The proposed dwelling must maintain a maximum of 20% lot coverage. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the applicant <br /> met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on September 14, 2005 to <br /> grant a 3,581 square foot landspace variance and therefore deem this lot to be buildable. <br /> Reference plans from Vanasse Hangen Biustlin Inc., of Watertown, MA, dated July 15, <br /> 2005, revised August 1, 2005 and revised August 22, 2005. <br />
