Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 21, 2005 and <br /> October 28, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 9, 2005 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Frederick <br /> Borgeson, Evano Cunha, Jonathan Furbush and Eric Dublirer. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Christine Fairneny represents her mother Frances Fairneny at this hearing. She has <br /> owned this property since 1964 and is now seeking several variances on setback relief in <br /> order that she build some additions to her house so that she can live there permanently. <br /> The Board reviews the plans and the pictures of the house as it exists now. She would <br /> like to build a single car garage and expand other parts of the house such as the kitchen <br /> and the existing bedroom along with some front entrance work. This property is in the <br /> Popponesset Overlay District and they need relief from these setback requirements in <br /> order to build these additions. The Board comments on the shed that is on the property <br /> but not included in the lot coverage on the set of engineering plans. It appears as though <br />
