Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 25, 2005 and <br /> December 2, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella E. Elizenberry, Robert <br /> Nelson, Evano Cunha, Jonathan Furbush and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the applicant at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking a special permit for a pier, ramp and float. The pier will be 58 <br /> feet long and is well under the 70 foot allowable maximum. Conservation has approved <br /> the application. The Board reviews the plans and everything seems to be in order. <br /> Frederick Borgeson makes a motion to grant the special permit. Robert Nelson seconds <br /> the motion. A roll call vote is taken. Frederick Borgeson votes yes. Robert Nelson votes <br /> yes. Jonathan Furbush votes yes. Zella Elizenberry votes yes. Evano Cunha votes yes. <br /> Motion is carried. <br />
