Mashpee Zoning Minutes <br /> Board of Appeals February 11, 2004 <br /> 4 <br /> ✓ A landspace variance of 14,143 square feet for 320 Old Barnstable Road <br /> (Map 59 Parcel 8) to combine with 329 Old Barnstable Road (Map 59 <br /> Parcel 7). Both lots together total 65,857 square feet (including the small <br /> parcel known as 331 Old Barnstable Road containing 6,500 square feet). <br /> ✓ A landspace variance of 37,570 square feet for 23 Payamps Road. <br /> ✓ A landspace variance of 39,857 square feet for 41 Payamps Road <br /> ✓ A landspace variance of 36,071 square feet for 29 Payamps Road. <br /> ✓ A landspace variance of 38,750 square feet for 17 Payamps Road <br /> ✓ A landspace variance of 38,596 square feet for 35 Payamps Road. <br /> These variances are for all registered and non-registered land regarding the above named <br /> addresses as described in the provided sub-division by the Barnstable County Registry of <br /> Deeds. Mr. Borgeson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> Mr. Kirrane discusses informally the progressing Chapter 40 B on Lettie Lane presently <br /> before the Board. He informs them that the lawsuit pending has been dismissed and that <br /> His client is still waiting for the site letter from MHFA. Mr. Kirrane further informs <br /> them that their intention is to come back to the Board with a 16 house plan and not the 24 <br /> if the letter does not arrive in a timely fashion. <br /> The board signs several extensions for <br /> Mr. O'Connell <br /> Mr. Bateman <br /> Ms. Morey <br /> The Board discusses the Chairmanship and the voting procedure. The Board votes <br /> To go into Executive Session to discuss this. Mr. Brem moves to go into executive <br /> session. Mr. Borgeson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> The Southside Realty Trust letter from the Board is read into the record by Zella <br /> Elizenberry per Town Counsel. <br />
