Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee,March 26, 2004 and April 2, <br /> 2004 as well as June 25, 2004 and July 2, 2004 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 14, 2004, Wednesday, May 12, 2004, Wednesday, July 14, 2004 <br /> Wednesday, September 22, 2004 and finally on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, at which <br /> time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: James E. Regan III, Zella E. Elizenberry, Robert Nelson, Richard Guerrera <br /> and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues thus Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane along with Engineer Michael Grotzke and Architect Tom <br /> O'Neill represent the applicants for this matter. They are seeking a special permit to raze <br /> the existing 4-bedroom dwelling currently consisting of 1,100 square feet and replace it <br /> with a 4-bedroom house containing 3,400 square feet.
