In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 28, 2004 to grant a Modification of a Special Permit(original permit SP-95-05) on the subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans from Cape &Islands Engineering, dated March 15, 2004,revised April 2, 2004 as per design review meeting March 17, 2004, File No. 201 MA as prepared for Stehpen Giatrelis for Building No. 56, and plans from Morton Buildings, Inc. of Morton, IL, Job No. 122- 1688, dated August 31, 2004, revised February 26, 2004 and revised March 15, 2004 as prepared for Stephen Giatrelis. 4FF t' W
