Mashpee Zoning Stephen Giatrelis <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> 3 SP-04-65 <br /> Place for manufacturing,assembly or packaging <br /> goods,provided that all resulting cinders,dust, <br /> flashing,fumes,gases,odors,refuse matter,smoke <br /> and vapor is effectively confined to the premises or is <br /> disposed of in a manner that does not create a <br /> nuisance or hazard to safety or health. <br /> Wholesale business and storage in a roofed structure. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 56 Nicoletta's Way and contains 1.46 <br /> acres. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that; <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a result of <br /> the proposal. <br /> rse impact on the environmental factors listed in <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adve <br /> Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 28, <br /> 2004 to grant a Modification of a Special Permit(original permit SP-95-05) on the <br /> subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans from <br /> Cape &Islands Engineering, dated March 15, 2004,revised April 2, 2004 as per design <br /> review meeting March 17, 2004, File No. 201 MA as prepared for Stehpen Giatrelis for <br /> Building No. 56, and plans from Morton Buildings, Inc. of Morton, IL, Job No. 122- <br /> 1688, dated August 31, 2004, revised February 26, 2004 and revised March 15, 2004 as <br /> prepared for Stephen Giatrelis. <br /> 4FF <br /> t' <br /> W <br />
