Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, April 23, 2004, and April 30, <br /> 2004 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson and <br /> Zella Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Terry Luff, Architect, represents petitioner at this hearing. She is seeking a <br /> special permit for an accessory structure. Petitioner has gone through the Design Review <br /> Committee and they feel the driveway is problematic, as does this Board. The present <br /> parking is not sufficient and must be changed to accommodate 2 more cars. Mr. Luff <br /> informs the Board they have no problem changing the driveway to meet that requirement. <br /> They will re-draw plans to add 2 parking spaces. All fire codes must be met as well (this <br /> refers to the commercial fire alarm system). Applicant agrees to all requests. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 31 Mohican Avenue and contains 12,100 <br /> square feet. <br /> f <br />
