Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 23, 2004 and April <br /> 30, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,May 12, 2004 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> g throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson and Marshall <br /> Appeals were present and actin <br /> Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Richard L'Arbe represents himself at this hearing. They are seeking a <br /> variance on the sideyard setback requirement in order to build an addition. The Board <br /> reviews the plans with applicant and find there to be several variances necessary to <br /> comply with the current zoning in the R-5 district and feel they should clean up the <br /> matter now. All requests seem to be reasonable and Marshall Brem moves to grant the <br /> following: <br /> i <br /> ✓ A 7.5 foot variance on the northerly side <br /> ✓ A 7.7 foot variance on the southerly side <br /> ✓ A 75 foot frontage variance <br /> ✓ A 72,755 square foot lot size variance, <br /> w <br /> is ` <br />
