Donahue Corporation <br /> 3 SP-04-69 <br /> Leasing Property—Gary Tavares—Tavares Landscaping Co. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 428 Nathan Ellis Highway and contains <br /> 60,548 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 2, there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a result of <br /> the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in <br /> Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 12, <br /> 2004 to grant a Special Permit on the subject property.
