Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Minutes
5 May 26, 2004
gone on long enough and the Attorney should have been able to get a plot plan by now.
Marshall Brem makes a motion to deny with prejudice the variance request. Richard
Guerrera seconds the motion. All agree. So denied.
Other Business:
Mr. Nelson makes a motion to accept the minutes from May 12, 2004. Marshall
Brem seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
Mr. Regan discusses the need for more alternates to sit on the Board. Lori Corsi will
ask for more advertising to be done.
Richard Guerrera asks to look into the matter of obtaining ID's for the Board.
Lori Corsi will look into getting the forms and have the police department get the pictures
taken.
Mr. Regan reads an invitation from Roche Bros. to the Board for a cocktail party
on June 10"i. Several board members express an interest in attending. Lori Corsi will
send back the RSVP.
Mr. Nelson discusses the parking situation in the accessory structure by-law as it
currently reads. We need to have the parking spots on the plan in order to grant any
further special permits for accessory apartments. The wording should read differently
and should be re-written at the next Town Meeting. Some discussion takes place
regarding attendance at the next hearing and some conflicts a couple of the Board
members may have.
Mr. Brem makes a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Nelson seconds the
motion. All agree. So moved.
Meeting is adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
Res tfully submitted,
l
Lori Corsi
•
