Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on June 4, 2004 and June 11, 2004, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Marshall Brem and James <br /> Regan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws, <br /> David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represents the applicants at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking relief from the setback requirements in order to build an <br /> addition to the existing dwelling. Mr. Sanicki also informs the Board that applicant is <br /> burdened with 2 frontyard setbacks. The Board sees this as a reasonable request. <br /> Marshall Brem moves to grant the following variances: an 8 foot variance on Santuit <br /> Pond Road, a 9.2 foot variance on the corner of Santuit Pond Road and Fawn Road, and a <br /> 1 foot variance on Fawn Road. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />
