Alasltpee <br /> 0j <br /> 10 0 at ,Neck koad Mort�t, <br /> Mashpee, _11assach,Usctts 021640 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Re: Michael and Rebecca Robbins 71 Main Street <br /> Map 47 Parcel 23 <br /> SP-04-87 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 1, 2004 for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of <br /> the Zoning By-laws to alter a pre-existing non-conforming structure by buiding an <br /> addition in an R-5 zoning district on property located at 71 Main Street(Map 47 Parcel <br /> 23) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 4, 2004 and June 11, <br /> 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson and Richard <br /> Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Michael Robbins represents himself at this hearing. They are seeking a special <br /> permit in order to alter a pre-existing non conforming structure to build an addition on the <br /> property. The Board reviews the plans and they agree the lot is problematic with respect <br /> to where the main dwelling was placed. Robert Nelson moves to grant the Special <br /> Permit. Motion is seconded. All agree. So moved. <br />
