Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, June 4, 2004, and <br /> June 11, 2004 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson and <br /> Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represents the applicants at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking a special permit for an accessory apartment. The Board <br /> mentions adequate parking to be addressed for 3 vehicles. Applicant has plenty of room <br /> for that. The Board sees this as a reasonable request and the Board of Health has allowed <br /> this additional bedroom with respect to the septic system. Marshall Brem moves to grant <br /> a special permit for the accessory apartment. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All <br /> agree. So moved. <br />
