Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, August 6, 2004 and August <br /> 13, 2004 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Tuesday, <br /> August 24, 2004 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson and <br /> Marshall Brem and Richard Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Carol Coholan represented herself at this hearing. She has presented the Board <br /> with a file that contains all of the documents for her accessory apartment. She is here to <br /> legalize the apartment because she was not aware that she needed a Special Permit when <br /> she began the project. All document are in order and the Board moves to grant the <br /> special permit. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 7 Sandy Fox Drive and contains 15,387 square <br /> feet. <br />
