Mashpee Zoning Brian Axon 2 <br /> Board of Appeals SP-04-107 <br /> reasonable request. There are currently 11 parking spots and he is proposing to go to 17 <br /> spots. The Board moves to grant the special permit. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 131 Industrial Drive and contains 75,975 <br /> square feet. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> Sections 174-24.C.9(a) states: <br /> (a) minor changes to the site plan of the permitted project, such as landscaping, signage, <br /> shape location of buildings, architectural details, lot lines or roadway facilities, may be <br /> approved by the special permit granting authority under the terms of the zoning bylaw as <br /> it applied to the grant of the original special permit, provided that said changes do not <br /> violate the terms of said zoning bylaw, the terms or conditions of the original special <br /> permit decision or the provisions of subsection (2) and that they do not require approval <br /> under the process descrilbed in(b) or (c). <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules <br /> and regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a <br /> result of the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors <br /> listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> 5. the proposed use, which while not specifically allowed by right or by Special <br /> Permit in the district, is similar to other uses allowed by right or by Special <br /> Permit and substantially dissimilar to prohibited uses. <br />
