Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 24, 2004 and <br /> October 1, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 13, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, James Regan and Zella <br /> Elizenberry and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Lance Lambros represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a special permit to allow <br /> for a specific use for his company that is going into Nicoletta's Way. His company has <br /> been at the Cheapo Depot spot and he is going to move his business into the new area on <br /> Nicoletta's Way. It is a tee shirt printing and screening company with 2 bays that will <br /> contain 3300 square feet. He has been in business for 13 years and in Mashpee for 6 <br /> years.
