Upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January <br />22, 2003 to grant a Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance <br />with Topographic Plans from Cape & Islands Engineering, dated December 11, 2002, <br />revised December 18, 2002, File No. 109MA as prepared for Al Michaelson, and <br />Architectural plans from George Jessop Architect, P.O. Box 1277, Centerville, MA, <br />dated December 15, 2002, drawing number R1002013 as prepared for Alan Michaelson. <br />
