Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Paul Dardano <br /> 3 SP-03-96 <br /> 10. will not cause excessive erosion or cause increased runoff onto neighboring <br /> properties or into any natural river, stream, pond or water body and will not <br /> otherwise be detrimental to the town or the area. <br /> 11. will be an improvement with installation of a new Title V septic system. <br /> 12. while the proposed structure will increase the non-conforming nature of the <br /> structure, the changes will not result in a structure or use which is more <br /> detrimental to the neighborhood than the prior non-conforming structure and <br /> its use. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on June 25, <br /> 2003 to grant a Special Permit.
