Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Paul Dardano
3 SP-03-96
10. will not cause excessive erosion or cause increased runoff onto neighboring
properties or into any natural river, stream, pond or water body and will not
otherwise be detrimental to the town or the area.
11. will be an improvement with installation of a new Title V septic system.
12. while the proposed structure will increase the non-conforming nature of the
structure, the changes will not result in a structure or use which is more
detrimental to the neighborhood than the prior non-conforming structure and
its use.
In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the
applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion
duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on June 25,
2003 to grant a Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with
the proposed site plan from Cape & Islands Engineering, dated October 18, 1999, Plan
No. 101899, File No. 109MA, Septic File No. 65 as prepared for Paul Dardano.
t
