Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Decision for a Special Permit RE: Patricia Eldredge 148 Sampsons Mill Road Map 63 Parcel 73 SP-03-97 A Petition was filed on June 5, 2003 by Patricia Eldredge for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A. (8) of the Zoning By-laws to build an accessory structure to the property located in an R-3 zoning district at 148 Sampsons Mill Road (Map 63 Parcel 73) Mashpee, MA. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, June 13, 2003 and June 20, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 and continued to July 9, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Marshall Brem and Zella Elizenberry. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. Patricia Eldredge comes before the Board for a second time, her petition being continued from June 25, 2003 so that the proper plans could be shown to the Board. She apologizes for any problems that were caused. She presents the plans and the Board reviews them with comments from Russell Wheeler. The septic system can accommodate a six-bedroom dwelling and is cleared with the Board of Health. Ms. Eldredge has submitted copies of the plans per order of the Board. Marshall Brem moves to grant the . Special Permit to petitioner. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion.
