Maruca, Trustee of the <br /> Bologna Realty Trust. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 27, 2003 and July 4, <br /> • 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 9, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Zella Elizenberry and Robert <br /> Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Thomas Quinn represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking relief from <br /> contiguous lot ownership in order to have this lot deemed buildable. Mr. Quinn describes <br /> the chain of deeds and ownership of the lot, which he has submitted for the record. The <br /> lot has been assessed and taxed as a separate and buildable lot. He is proposing a 2- <br /> bedroom house to be put in the back end of the lot. It is determined that Mr. Quinn will <br /> need: <br /> - a 57,380 square foot lot size variance <br /> • a 5.3 foot variance on each side <br /> an 80 foot variance for frontage requirements <br />
