Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals John Pellegrini <br /> 3 V-03-101 <br /> 2. the proposal would bean improvement to the subject lot and to the <br /> neighborhood; therefore, relief may be granted without detriment to the public <br /> good and without derogating from the intent or purpose of the By-laws. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 8, 2003 <br /> to grant the following: <br /> ✓ a 5-foot frontage variance <br /> ✓ a 68,857 square foot landspace variance <br /> The Board will also require, that upon sale of locus,that 5% of the gross sale be paid to <br /> the Town of Mashpee for unassessed taxes on the vacant lot. This is conditioned on <br /> plans from Cape & Islands Engineering, dated June 24, 2003 as prepared for John <br /> Pellegrini. <br /> • <br />
