Mashpee Zoning A&M Land Services 3 <br /> Board of Appeals V-03-107 <br /> Owner of Record: Jeanne E. Adams Revocable Trust <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 13, <br /> 2003 to grant the following and therefore deeming this lot to be buildable: <br /> 1. a 41.76- foot Variance for the frontage requirement <br /> 2. a 27,600 square foot Variance for lot size requirements. <br /> These variances are subject to DEP approval through the Board of Health and is <br /> condition upon plans from A&M Land Services of So.
