(8) of the Zoning By-laws to build an accessory structure to the existing dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 86 Blue Castle Drive (Map 104 Parcel 15) Mashpee, MA. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, August 1, 2003 and August 8, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, August 13, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board . of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Marshall Brem, Zella Elizenberry and Richard Guerrera. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Dorsey represented themselves at the hearing. They are seeking a special permit in order to build an accessory structure to their existing house. They are going to combine 2 of the existing bedrooms since the Board of Health has restricted them to no more than 3 bedrooms in the house. The accessory structure will be the third bedroom. The Board reminds Mr. Dorsey that the house will remain owner occupied and that the accessory structure shall not make the house look like a two family dwelling from the street. Mr. Dorsey informs that Board that he plans to have the accessory structure over the garage with the addition of a gable end. •
