Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Aeck load Jlrorth <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALVashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Allan and Carol Taylor 8 Cutlass Lane <br /> Map 90 Parcel 68 <br /> SP-03-125 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 10, 2003 by Allan Taylor of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> build an accessory structure to his existing dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 8 Cutlass Lane (Map 90 Parcel 68) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 12, 2003 and <br /> September 19, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> • Wednesday, September 24, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Zella Elizenberry <br /> and Robert Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Allan Taylor and his wife Carol Taylor represent themselves at this hearing. They <br /> have recently purchased 8 Cutlass Lane and would like to maintain an accessory structure <br /> while living there. This was brought before the Board several months ago with different <br /> owners and the new owners have since brought everything up to code. Mr. Wheeler <br /> would like to inspect for another set of stairs for an egress. Also, the Board of Health <br /> will require an on site inspection before occupancy. Zella Elizenberry moves to grant the <br /> Special Permit. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. <br /> • <br />
