Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, November 28, 2003, and <br /> December 5, 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> • A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Robert Nelson and <br /> Richard Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Barbara Aguiar represents herself at this hearing. She is seeking a Special Permit <br /> in order to open a one-chair beauty salon in her basement. Mr. Brem asks about traffic <br /> coming and going in a residential neighborhood. In general, the Board feels no more <br /> than 2 cars would be entering and/or exiting from the premises at one time since it is only <br /> one chair. The Board moves to grant the Special Permit. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 35 South Sandwich Road and contains 17,555 <br /> square feet. <br />
