This property is located in
an R-5 zoning district at 33 Coombs Lane(Map 44 Parcel 25) Mashpee, MA.
Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General
Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a
newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 28, 2003 and
December 5, 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on
• Wednesday, December 10, 2003, at which time the following members of the Zoning
Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James Regan, Frederick
Borgeson and Robert Nelson.
The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the
provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of
Mashpee Zoning By-laws.
Mr. Stephen Bonfiglioli has owned this lot since 1976 and would like to build on it
for his children. He is seeking a variance in order to make this lot buildable. The board
discusses petitioner's intentions and feels that this was the intent of the owner when he
originally purchased the lot. The new zoning created would deter him from building on
these lots. Marshall Brem moves to grant the following:
✓ A 69 foot variance on frontage
✓ A 10 foot variance on the Westside
✓ A 5 foot variance on the eastside
•
