Town of Mashpee <br /> . y <br /> 16 Great Aeck load Xorth <br /> ULE Nashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> ��" <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: William &Amanda Lovely V-02-8 45 Frog Pond Close <br /> Map 90 Parcel 81 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 21, 2001 by William and Amanda Lovely <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-2519 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to exceed the 70-foot total length limit to allow for construction of a pier, ramp <br /> and float on Popponesset Bay on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 45 Frog <br /> Pond Close (Map 90 Parcel 81) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 21 and <br /> December 28, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, Januar 9 2002 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> Y I <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, <br /> Robert G.Nelson <br /> and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> p g <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that plans call for construction of the pier, ramp and float on the subject property. <br /> i <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i <br /> ,I <br />
