Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Veck Pvgad Jlrorth <br /> ashpee, lYlassachusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Harbor Ridge Realty Trust V-02-13 3 Harbor Ridge Drive <br /> Map 104 Parcel 123 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 30, 2001 by Harbor Ridge Realty Trust of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to exceed the 70-foot total length limit to allow for construction of a stairway, pier, ramp <br /> and float on Ockway Bay on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 3 Harbor Ridge <br /> Drive (Map 104 Parcel 123) Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Jason Stone. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 21 and <br /> December 28, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> a <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 0 <br /> 4A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that plans call for construction of a 40-foot fixed section on the existing licensed <br /> pier and relocation of the ramp and float. <br /> The Shellfish Constable and Conservation Commission have approved the <br /> project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
