Federico <br /> of Revere, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to allow for additions to a pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 14 Seconsett Point Road(Map 124 Parcel 29) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> III <br /> i <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General !� <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, j ,I <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 7 and January 14, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> " III <br /> I ;I <br /> I, <br /> This Petition has been continued from the Januar 2' 2002 Public Hearings. A <br /> Y � g <br /> Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, <br /> February 27, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E. <br /> Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> II, <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. �I <br /> Mr. Robert J. Stewart represented the Petitioner and stated that plans call for <br /> addition of a second story, a family room and a screened porch to the existing dwelling. <br /> The existing two bedrooms will be combined into one bedroom and two more bedrooms j <br /> and one bath will be added for a total of three bedrooms and two baths in the home. <br /> I� <br /> Mr. Regan read the memo from the Board of Health, which stated: "Accessory <br /> building to remain as unfinished storage. Floor plans must be provided to B.O.H. prior to <br /> building permit sign-off" The Board of Health has approved the installation of a new <br /> Title V septic system on the subject property. Building Commissioner Russell W. <br /> Wheeler said that he visited the site and confirmed that the accessory building shall <br /> remain as storage and must not be inhabited. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
