I� <br /> jI I i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the �I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that plans call for demolition of the existing J property.structure on the subject He <br /> said that the proposed new construction would exceed the allowed 20% lot coverage by a <br /> minimal .4% and would encroach on the setback requirements to water and wetlands by 9 <br /> feet. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project and issued an Order of i! <br /> Conditions. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
