Owner of record: Gerald P. Labute. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, a I <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 7 and January 14, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made apart hereof. I �I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 23, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board I� III <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> i <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner, Mr. j <br /> Casey, who also attended the meeting. The narrow shape and location of the subject ij l <br /> properties abuts two roads, which restricts placement of the proposed building and <br /> Parking area. Mr. Casey indicated that business hours would normally run from 7 A.M. <br /> to 3:30 P.M. or 5 P.M., Monday through Friday, with some activity on Saturdays during <br /> the busy seasons. Messrs. Sanicki and Casey stated that plans call for installation of <br /> extensive landscaping on the subject properties. The Petitioner has received approval <br /> from the Design Review and Technical Review Committees. <br /> Mr. Edmund J. Belekewicz, an abutter, expressed concern with the location of the <br /> proposed driveway. The Board made certain that Mr. Casey satisfactorily addressed all of <br /> Mr. Belekewicz's concerns. <br /> I <br />
