Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January <br /> 23, 2002 to grant the request for a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.D.1 and <br /> 174-25.G.6. The Board also voted unanimously to deny without prejudice the request for <br /> a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.1 and 174-25.E.8. The Special Permit is <br /> conditioned upon compliance with the following: 1 �� <br /> 1. before an occupancy permit will be issued, the Design Review Committee h <br /> must visit the subject property and confirm that the Petitioner complies with <br /> all the requirements of the Design Review Committee concerning the building <br /> and landscaping. j <br /> 2. before an occupancy permit will be issued, the Petitioner must comply with all <br /> requirements of the Technical Review Committee. <br /> 3. the Petitioner must submit to the Zoning Board of Appeals a $5,000 Ij <br /> Landscape and Performance Security. <br /> 4.
