Dale <br /> Y p Y, id <br /> Trustees, of Sharon, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float on Ockway Bay on <br /> properties located in an R-3 zoning district at 10 and 12 Little Neck Lane (Map 105 III <br /> Parcel 3 and Map 105 Parcel 4) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, <br /> I <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 7 and January 14, it <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 23, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board D <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III j <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. I �' <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the J <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of j <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering resented the Petition and <br /> g g re p <br /> stated that a portion of the existing pier, <br /> ramp and float is built on a neighbor's property. <br /> I <br /> Plans call for the existing decking to be relocated onto the owner's property. The ramp <br /> and float would remain in the same place. The Building Commissioner confirmed that the <br /> subject property is in the Special Permit area. <br /> The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable have approved the <br /> proj ect. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
