Mr. Nelson stepped down and left the room. ;I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decisionursuant to the <br /> p I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. II,I <br /> i <br /> Mr. David <br /> Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> g g <br /> P <br /> st II <br /> stated that plans ans call for construction of an 8-foot landing leading to a ram and the float <br /> g g <br /> p <br /> system.
