Mashpee Zoning Town of Mashpee Harbormaster V-02-45 2 <br /> Board of Appeals 664 Great Neck Road South <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS it ;IIi <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 664 Great Neck Road and fronts on <br /> 11 <br /> Ockway Bay. <br /> ,ii ii III I ilil <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> Il <br /> �I I Illi <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> I. the Petitioner met the criteria for grant of a Special Permit. 111i <br /> 2. the proposal has been approved by the Shellfish Constable, whose <br /> responsibilities include protection of the marine environment. l <br /> 3. the proposal has been reviewed by the Conservation Commission, whose <br /> responsibilities include addressing impacts on the coastal environment. <br /> 4. the proposal has been submitted for approval by the Harbormaster, whose IIi �I <br /> responsibilities include safety on the water. <br /> 5. the use is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the By-laws. <br /> 6. the owner has rights to maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> 7. filing with the State DEP Wetlands Program shall be considered execution of <br /> the Special Permit. <br /> �I II I I <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly ! I <br /> I <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on March 27, 2002 <br /> to grant a Variance of 6 feet to allow for the proposed construction on the subject <br /> property.
