Mashpee Zoning Town of Mashpee Harbormaster V-02-45 2 Board of Appeals 664 Great Neck Road South GENERAL FINDINGS it ;IIi 1. that the subject property is located at 664 Great Neck Road and fronts on 11 Ockway Bay. ,ii ii III I ilil SPECIFIC FINDINGS Il �I I Illi The Board determined that: I. the Petitioner met the criteria for grant of a Special Permit. 111i 2. the proposal has been approved by the Shellfish Constable, whose responsibilities include protection of the marine environment. l 3. the proposal has been reviewed by the Conservation Commission, whose responsibilities include addressing impacts on the coastal environment. 4. the proposal has been submitted for approval by the Harbormaster, whose IIi �I responsibilities include safety on the water. 5. the use is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the By-laws. 6. the owner has rights to maintenance in perpetuity. 7. filing with the State DEP Wetlands Program shall be considered execution of the Special Permit. �I II I I In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly ! I I made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on March 27, 2002 to grant a Variance of 6 feet to allow for the proposed construction on the subject property.
