Owner of <br /> record: Town of Mashpee. <br /> jI <br /> Notice was duly <br /> given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General I, t <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 8 and March 15, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board I' j <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Frederick R. Borgeson, Zella E. <br /> Elizenberry and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> Provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and I q'af <br /> stated that plans call for construction of a ramp and float system on Great River. No ILII <br /> Variance relief from the By-laws is requested. The Conservation Commission and the <br /> Shellfish Constable have approved the proposal. <br /> Mr. Borgeson read a letter dated March 7, 2002 from Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. <br /> Cerniglia, abutters at 111 Waterline South Drive, expressing concern with navigational <br /> hazards, gasoline spills, human waste dumping,noise, congestion and abuse of the <br /> Proposed construction. Mr. Borgeson read a fax from Mr. I I IIII I k <br /> and Mrs. Cerniglia dated <br /> March 27, 2002 requesting a written response in the form of a draft from the Board <br /> describing the rules and regulations for the dock. <br /> II I <br /> 1 ;,, <br /> Mr. Sanicki confirmed that Mr. and Mrs. Cemiglia attended the Conservation <br /> Commission hearings, at which time Harbormaster Perry Ellis addressed their concerns <br /> personally.
