Cronin, Jr. of Westwood, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the lot coverage and front and side setback requirements to allow for the addition <br /> of a porch to an existing dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 54 Kim <br /> Path(Map 117 Parcel 96) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a { I� <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 8 and March 15, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Frederick R. Borgeson, Zella E. <br /> Elizenberry, and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee ee <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Atthe <br /> Public Heari <br /> ngs on March 27, 2002, Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering requested a continuance of the Petition. The Board voted unanimously to <br /> continue the Petition until April 24, 2002. <br /> At the continued hearings on April 24, 2002, Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & <br /> Islands Engineering submitted g g sutted a letter on behalf of his client, Mr. Cronin, requesting <br /> Withdrawal of the above-referenced Petition. At the Public Hearings on April 24, 2002, j <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to accept the request for Withdrawal <br /> Without Prejudice of the Petition for a Variance, V-02-40. <br /> I <br /> i, l � I <br />
