Cronin, Jr. of Westwood, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to expand a pre-existing, non-conforming structure with the addition of a <br /> porch on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 54 Kim Path (Map 117 Parcel 96) III <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, aI <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 8 and March 15, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board Ili 111 �! <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Frederick R. Borgeson, Zella E. Ili I, <br /> Elizenberry, and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of I'il SII <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> At the Public Hearings on March 27, 2002, Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands <br /> ! iil <br /> Engineering requested a continuance of the Petition. The Board voted unanimously to <br /> continue the Petition until April 24, 2002. <br /> At the continued hearings on April 24, 2002, Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & <br /> Islands Engineering submitted a letter on behalf of his client, Mr. Cronin, requesting <br /> Withdrawal of the above-referenced Petition.
