Bruins—hardship existed when a peculiarly shaped lot, suitable only <br /> for a residence, was unbuildable without a variance. <br /> fl <br /> The board also refers to: <br /> Willard v. Board of Appeals of Orleans, 25 Mass. App. Ct. 15, 18 (1987). <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 28, <br /> 2002 to grant a Variance of 26,200 square feet from the lot size requirements noted on j <br /> the set of plans from Cape& Islands Engineering, dated October 25, 1999, Plan No. <br /> S 102599, revised November 4, 1999,revised August 1, 2002 and revised August 6,2002 <br /> with notation no. 9 which states "living space on first and second floor shall contain no I' <br /> more than 2,500 square feet." <br /> ! <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> i <br /> I. <br /> .I <br /> II ' <br /> 7 j <br />
