Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a j <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 5 and April 12, 2002, <br /> i <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 26, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> II <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and <br /> Robert G. Nelson. This Petition has been continued from the April 24, 2002 Public <br /> Hearings at the request of the engineer to allow the Petitioner an opportunity to receive <br /> Conservation Commission approval. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. Ll <br /> Mr. Michael H. Grotzke of The Phoenix Group represented the Petition and I'!' <br /> submitted plans with a final revision date of 6/13/02. Mr. Grotzke stated that plans call <br /> for construction of a Section 10 float, pier and ramp on Jehu Pond.
