McCrensky of Chelmsford, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow for the addition of an in-law apartment to an existing dwelling on property located <br /> i I <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 16 North Glen Drive (Map 69 Parcel 192) Mashpee, MA. <br /> I,,I <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> I� I <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> I <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 5 and April 12, 2002, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Robert L. McCrensky represented the Petitioner, his wife Mrs. Susan M. <br /> McCrensky, who also attended the meeting. Mr. McCrensky stated that his wife's <br /> mother also resides in the home located at 16 North Glen Drive. He said thatlans call <br /> P <br /> for installation of an additional stove in the one-bedroom suite in order to accommodate <br /> his mother-in-law's wishes to do her own cooking. The proposal would not add any <br /> additional square footage to the existing dwelling and there is no need for Variance relief <br /> from the setback, frontage or lot coverage requirements.
