Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 11 and October 18, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> ii <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 28, and then continued until Wednesday, September 25, 2002, and <br /> continued again until October 23, 2002, at which time the followingmembers of the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan, III, <br /> Robert G. Nelson, and Edward M.
