MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 9 and August 16, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on j <br /> Wednesday, August 28, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> 4 <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan, III, Richard T. Guerrera, j <br /> Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Norman Hayes of the BSC Group represented the Petitioner and requested <br /> permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on the subject property. The Conservation <br /> Commission and the Harbormaster have approved the project. <br /> i , <br /> Mr. Richard Moore of 21 Hamblin Road asked how many boats would be tied up <br /> to the proposed dock. Mr. Hayes said that he was not sure and suggested that Mr. Moore <br /> contact Harbormaster Perry Ellis for more specific information. Mr. Moore expressed <br /> concern that the proposal would fall within the ACEC. No other comments were <br /> received. <br /> ' Ijl <br />
