Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 9 and August 16, <br /> 2002, and September 6 and September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> a <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 28, and September 25, 2002, at which time the following members <br /> IIS <br /> of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, <br /> James E. Regan, III and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Il <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki, of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner 151 <br /> Nominee Trust at the August 28, 2002 hearing and requested a Variance for the proposed <br /> I <br /> commercial building within a Stormwater Management area on a non-conforming <br /> property located in a C-2 zoning district at 400 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 72 Parcel <br /> 116) Mashpee, MA. <br /> The Board required more time to review the proposed project and would like to <br /> hear from the Town Planner. After much discussion between the Board and Mr. Sanicki, <br /> Mr. Brem moves to continue the Petition until September 25, 2002. All agree. <br /> Ij <br />
