Nelson, 27 Tradewind Drive <br /> Mr. Richard T. Guerrera, 9 James Circle I <br /> Ms. Zella E. Elizenberry, 18 Terry Avenue <br /> Mr. Frederick R. Borgeson, 10 Preakness Lane <br /> Mr. Marshall Brem, 21 Harbor Ridge Road. <br /> FACTS <br /> 31. The property located at 17 Lettie Lane has access to a public way(Route 130) <br /> only by means of Goodspeed Meetinghouse Road which is an unpaved path of indeterminate <br /> width. <br /> 32. Goodspeed Meetinghouse Road traverses Town-owned land prior to intersecting <br /> with Route 130. <br /> 33. Section 174-32 of the Mashpee Zoning By-law provides as follows: <br /> Fire Protection. To ensure that all buildings shall be accessible to Fire <br /> Department apparatus by way of access roadways capable of supporting <br /> firefighting apparatus with an all-weather surface roadway, there shall be an <br /> unobstructed, paved access roadway of not less than twenty(20) feet with a <br /> 8 <br />
