Several <br /> attempts at a compromise were made, however nothing was resolved. After much <br /> discussion and testimony on this matter at several hearings prior to this evening,the <br /> Board votes to allow both the modification of the Special Permit 98-01 and a Variance <br /> for 5 feet on the westerly side and to reverse the Appeal of the Building Commissioner's <br /> stop work order. The accessory structure must be attached and made into one structure <br /> due to the 20-foot distance required keeping in compliance with the current zoning. <br /> Criteria include not anymore detrimental to the neighborhood. 'I <br /> The Board votes to accept the minutes from November 13. All agree. So moved. <br /> a <br /> Some discussion ensues regarding the Rosenberg decision. <br /> Motion to adjourn the meeting is made.
